Pipe Dreams

I thought of organs
and torrents of air
that allowed music
a passage.
The pneumatics of metal
kissing a face of wind
which placed red rings on my own face.

Or the tubes where babies grew
to swim the liquids
and tune echoes
in smaller places;
Their own air undulating
like pipes,
where, at the end of which
the dreams lay.
